Almost 25 years have gone by since the BMW S62 5.0L V8 engine has been introduced, however nothing can beat the performance of the Supersprint tubular headers for the 1998-2004 BMW E39 M5, which provide for a monster gain of 40+ Hp, and a major jolt in torque throughout the entire powerband.
