Downpipe + Metallic catalytic converter

Turbo downpipe with HJS metallic cat 200 CPI Ø143mm

This component replaces both the primary catalytic converter right after the turbocharger and the twin secondary cats on the front section of the stock exhaust.

The 1st section (the proper downpipe) is composed by a cone and a gently curved pipe, for the most linear flow and minimal energy waste.

The proper downpipe and the front pipe are connected with a flex joint composed of two spring loaded flanges and a sealing ring, which is cheaply replacable and less fragile than the stock common flex pipes.

The large volume and the 200 CPSI metallic matrix with high content of noble metals make this cat the best in terms of pollutant gas reduction, flow efficiency and performance.

The size of the catalytic converter required the highest placement precision to avoid any interference with the frame.

It's recommended to fit this downpipe with an O2 sensor cheater (microcat) or with a ECU tune to avoid the Check Engine Light on the dash. More info available on requst.

This part must fitted as a kit with the Supersprint centre and rear sections.
