They replace the OEM twin secondary catalytic converters.
As they are not monitored by O2 sensors the removal won't turn on the Check Engine Light.

This component is perfectly plug&play and will connect directly to the stock downpipe and centre resonators.

Both performance and sound will increase by a a small but sensible amount.
